Area Manager for Southwest Missouri & Southeast Kansas
Seeking an Area Manager for our Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas regions.
Responsibilities:
o Maximize sales and profits by Setting the Standard in Customer Service
o Supervise and train (if necessary) management teams, assist HR Director
o Ensure customer satisfaction
o Implement quality improvements
o Audit and Review management teams for Sales building plans, People Development and Operational Issues
o Implement annually a strategic plan for area restaurants
o Administrative duties to include; performance reviews, cash audits, labor audits and sales audits.
o Ensure all standards and EEOC and OSHA Laws are enforced and met.
o Supervise area maintenance coordinator & up keep physical facilities.
Requirements:
o 3
years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry
o High School diploma or equivalent, with two (2) years of college or equivalent preferred.
o Strong math and computer literacy
