Office Receptionist

We are looking for a smart individual to join our team as our office receptionist. Prior experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right individual if he/she is enthusiastic.

Job duties include
Manage calendars and appointments.
Set up and coordinates meetings.
Make travel arrangements.
Schedule departmental meetings, prepare meeting materials.
Schedule conference calls (internal and external).
Prepare and send general correspondence (faxing, mailing).
Maintain internal confidential personnel files.
Schedule new hire interviews.
Oversee expense account reporting.
Manage and track attendance and time off.
Manage and track budgets and invoicing for department.
Submit budget/invoice requests to Finance.
Track budget/invoice information.
Follow up with Finance on any budget/invoices related issues.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
