We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Duties:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews - Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes - Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned - Assist with organization design activities, such as updating organizational charts - Manage social media platforms to promote company culture and employer brand - Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Requirements:
