00 per hour with $500 sign-on bonus (after the first week) and $500 completion bonus Shift:

13 weeks Physical Therapist (PT) Qualification and Requirements:
Graduate of accredited physical therapy program Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state (KS); Or Compact license.
American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers 2 years experience within the specialty Additional certifications may be required.
