We are seeking someone to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in our Pittsburg, KS office.
You will handle the front office functions of a tax preparation firm from answering the phones, greeting customers, setting appointments, processing customer payments and other tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ensure confidentiality and provide excellent service to promote repeat business Answering phones and greeting customers Taking payments from customers Organizing, filing and scanning documents Setting appointments for tax preparers
Qualifications:
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

years' experience in administrative assistant role preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
